For automating processes, reliable and accurate detection systems are crucial. SensoPart photocells offer this reliability and precision.
Transmitter/Receiver principle
Photocells operate based on the transmitter/receiver principle. The transmitter emits a light or laser beam, and the receiver detects it. When an object interrupts the light beam, the receiver registers this and sends a signal to the machine’s control system. Therefore, it is important to order both a transmitter and a receiver for a working system.
Housing
Photocells are available in block form for surface mounting on a bracket, for example, and in cylindrical form for panel mounting. The photocells are available with an NPN or PNP output (NO/NC) and come with a cable or plug connection. SensoPart photocells are made of sturdy and durable materials, ensuring they last a long time, even under harsh conditions.
